The Bumble Bee

The Bumble Bee flew near the flowers,
Next to the skyscrapers and towers.
The Bumble Bee was fussy choosing
Which flower was quite amusing.

The Bee wanted a lovely flower
That had nectar, so luscious to savour.
Sluggish, it flitted over the vibrant plants
Until it spotted the perfect one contiguous to the ants.

The Bee was mesmerized by its hue
The way it looked, the beauteous view.
The stupendous scent sprawled,
While other tiny insects crawled.

The flower had an uncanny appearance,
It was sleeping in trance.
The Bumble Bee said, " O, pretty flower, I'll come another day!"
As it was sleeping in its bed in the magnificent spring day.
